Senior Manager/Manager
As a Senior Manager/Manager with at least six years of experience in a practice environment, you will play a key role in managing compliance work, corporate and personal tax, and delivering impactful financial information to your clients. Here's What you'll be doing (Although I suspect you knew this anyway)

Client Management: Leading a portfolio of clients, delivering gold-standard client service and building strong relationships

Team Empowerment: Teach and empower team members, providing direction in client-related areas and assisting with account preparation, tax calculations, forecasts, and monthly reporting.

Innovation-Driven Approach: Challenge both our team and clients in a data-backed, innovation-driven way, offering valuable insights and solutions.

Business Development: Actively contribute to identifying and securing new business opportunities, growing revenue, and developing a commercial approach within your work.

Financial Targets: Manage a portfolio of clients, working towards financial targets, and taking ownership of your team and fee targets.

Leadership: Be a key player in the senior management team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the practice.
What we'd like from you:

At least six years of experience in an accounting practice.

Qualified with either ACCA or ACA; qualification through experience considered for the right candidate.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver value across various aspects of the practice.

Proven ability to present and attend client meetings, offering insightful business advice.

Exceptional client service skills with a track record of client satisfaction.

Ability to train and support junior team members, both virtually and in person.
