As Finance Manager, you’ll be working for a supportive Finance Director who doesn’t micro-manage but always maintains a daily line of communication to support your activities.
Your experience in Balance sheet recs, VAT, Management Accounting, Ledger control, variance analysis, budget compilation, journalling and Bank control will be put to great use here.
Managing the relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), they’ll be times when you need to push back but push back in a positive and collaborative manner.
On the subject of managing, you’ll also take on a leadership role in motivating and inspiring a small team of accounts professionals, helping them to deliver through regular PDRs and 1-2-1s.
We’re particularly keen to talk to you if you are working towards an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA and have demonstrable experience in a Finance Management role. Oh…it would also be a real bonus if you have some charitable experience but not absolutely essential.
