So, what will your role involve? You'll be at the forefront of:
- Analysing current and past financial data and performance.
- Evaluating capital and revenue investment projects for financial returns.
- Developing predictive financial models for organizational decision-making.
- Identifying process gaps to improve profit margins.
- Establishing benchmarks for financial processes.
- Studying industry-specific research to predict trends.
- Creating written reports for strategic decision-making.
- Developing forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis.
Our client would love to see the following traits/experiences:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or statistics.
- Proven experience as a financial analyst.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ideally Power BI, with SQL experience.
- Excellent reporting, presenting, and communication skills.
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Analytical and financial modelling skills.

Working hours for this exciting role are 35¼ hours per week, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Fridays.
