What You'll be Doing:
As a Client Manager, you will take full ownership of a client portfolio, building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact, and handling all communications.

Preparing statutory accounts, monthly management accounts, VAT returns, and personal tax returns.

Supervising and training junior staff members, overseeing their workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.

Overseeing bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Collaborating closely with the Associate Director, who will provide support and guidance where needed.

Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice through process improvement and innovative client management.
What we'll be looking for from you:

Part-qualified, newly qualified, or qualified by experience, with at least 4 years of practice experience.

Strong skills in preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, personal tax returns, and VAT returns in a Practice environment

A foundation-level understanding of tax regulations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Knowledge of cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, IRIS, or similar.

Experience in client management is desirable but not essential, as you will receive support and training to develop in this area.
Working Arrangements:

Salary: £36,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Flexible working hours available.

Standard working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm; Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
